Make the join a conversation button accessible in Webex Teams

Hello, I am blind. I am using a screen reader. jaws on windows and voiceover on macos. The join conversation button cannot be found in the webex teams app on windows and macos. With Windows I tested with jaws 2020, NVDA it does not work. under macos it's the same. Please do what is necessary because it is very annoying.
