Ability to track Sent Emails on Webex Connect (IMI)

Currently, Webex Connect does not offer tracking for emails responded from the Agent desktop something like "Sent Item" folder for a system admin/compliance admin / supervisor to be able to review the emails responded from the agent.

Use Case :- Customer would want to limit access to the group of supervisors accessing the actual mail-box. For audit and compliance for email responses from the agent to be tracked separately within IMI itself.
