Customers want to be able to track users

Customers want to be able to track users outside the organization to view or download recordings.

Currently, the webex recording report only shows who within the organization has watched or downloaded the recording. Information from outside the organization is only shown as [Anonymous]. I would like to be able to track who has watched or downloaded videos outside of the organization in the report.
