Sync app and in meeting notification settings, fix or remove SCREEEEECH sound

For some reason the lists of sounds in the meeting notification sounds is different from the application itself and when you are in a meeting. See attached screen shots. The BUG that may be related to this is after certain updates when the meeting notification sounds still remain set to "Beep" a very annoying ear-piercing screech or squeak is played. This happened again with Ver 43.2.0.25211. I noticed that the in meeting Audio & Video>Audio Settings..>Notification "beep" preview sound plays this screech sound when scrolling through the sounds. The app Settings>Notifications>Meetings beep preview sound plays the desired pleasant beep. In the past, toggling the application settings notifications sound to something else and back to beep fixed the issue. It appears with this release when Webex is restarted the screech returns. Since the in meeting "beep" is the screech sound, this may be the cause. Please find and fix this bug.

    I am on version 44.3.0.28993. The screech has been gone for a while, however the meeting join and leave settings have been silent for a while now regarless of the settings. The in-meeting Audio & Video>Audio Settings..>Notification "beep" or other any other sounds do not give a preview sound. The listed sound in this setting menu can be different than the app Settings>Notifications>Meetings. The app Settings>Notifications>Meetings still plays a preview sound, but as mentioned, meetings are silent.

    Added the file attachments, and verified so far if I change the in meeting notification sound to something else, it appears to keep that setting. Now the app and in meeting settings are different.
