Can you append the Edit license screen with a sign indicating whether each license is paid or free?

The Baisc meeting license and webex license do not have paid or free marks. As a result, customers may have questions when adding licenses.

Please point the customer to https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/c7bq88/Basic-Meetings-in-Control-Hub-and-Site-Administration. For Partners, the ordering guide will clarify the feature set available in "basic" licenses vs. "paid" licenses.
