Add caller input options to Webex Calling voicemail

We have users that previously used Unity voicemail and used the caller input options to allow callers to press a button to be directed to various locations such as other team members. This type of functionality does not exist in Webex Callings voicemail other than option 0.


As a work around we can setup and auto attendant for each user and have option 0 forward to that auto attendant, but that is creating more menu options and messages.

    Agree. In the same situation for 2500+ CUCM/Unity KWs about to move to WX Calling in a few weeks. This can be configured by adminstrators, but is not scalable . Would be best to add this into the web portal settings.webex.com. A better name for this feature would be Voicemail Greetings Escalation Transfer Rule. Very common for customer facing employee's to have this configuration transfering customers to a queue or backup POC.
