API Endpoint to remove "everyone" from attendee chat privelages

We would like the ability to schedule events with attendee's only having the ability to communicate to the host or panelists. To cut down on the potentiality for inappropriate comments, or distracting conversations.

While we can do this manually, we run 4000+ events a year and that adds up in both time and the likelihood of human error.
