Full External admin access. Troubleshooting > Logs

Currently external administrators dont have access to Control Hub > Troubleshooting > Logs

This is a neccesary feature for partners that are doing the inital troubleshooting before opening casess with TAC

Currently, the workaround is to get the app logs from the local computer, however, this is not the best solution as it relies on the affected user availabilty and technical skills which is not ideal for the troubleshooting partners/external admins.

Please allow the external Administrator to view submitted logs and request them from the affected users

    The missing function massively complicates the analysis of problems for us and certainly for other partners. We always have to bother native Org admins or the enduser to send the logs to us. If we don't get logs from them, we need to open a TAC case without preclassification. This can dramatically increase the resolution time

    I wonder why this is a feature request/ idea. I would have been expected this as a essential function since the first Control Hub release?
