Requesting a way to suppress IMs from coming through while on DND

Generally, people disregard the 'in a meeting' status for IMs. Can we add a status of 'undivided attention' with a 'do not disturb' icon that can either be scheduled or timed? If in a meeting and do not wish for IMs to come through, users like to be able to set that status and have it expire at the end of the meeting or for as long as needed.
