Add unified mailbox functionality to Webex Calling voicemail like Unity Connection has. For organizations moving migrating to the cloud, it feels like a step backwards to have voicemail available only in the Webex app or on a phone. Emailing a copy of the message to an email address is okay, but deleting the email does not delete the voicemail message or vise versa. The hybrid calendaring connectors with Exchange Online (M365) or Google could be enhanced to include the necessary permissions.

This is a critical requirement in many legal firms. Have two right now we are trying to drive to Webex Calling MT that leverage Unified Mailbox today - both in the 2000 license range each. And anticipate many more of the law firms we support in DC market will require.

SFID 57457470 lost in part due to this. Customer has 14k employees and €6.2B Revenue. Initial deal value was $280K with opportunity to expand. Customer is a current on premise CUCM Customer and looking for the next step.

This is an important feature that is lost. Especially with department account emails, where multiple users are checking/handling voicemails for a department.
