When users call into the voicemail portal they hear:

• To access your voice mailbox press 1

• To go to the greetings menu press 3

When a users presses 3 they are only provided options to record their name not greetings.

Greetings are found under main menu option 1 ("voice mailbox")

This is very confusing to users. At a minimum please consider changing the wording on the first menu to say: "to record your name" rather than "greetings". But for the best user experience, move the greeting options under the main menu option 3.
