When sharing a file in a Webex meeting, (Share > File) Cisco Video systems do not display the content that is being shared.

Current limitation for Video Cisco devices.

If a Webex user shares a document or a whiteboard in a Cisco Webex Video Platform, the document will not be visible to users who have joined from a video conferencing system or application. If the host is attempting this kind of sharing from a desktop application, the host will see a warning informing them about this limitation. It is recommended that the host use Application sharing or Screen sharing instead.

However these other options to share does have some features differences (Ex. participants have to request the ability to annotate).
