Add Notes Topic line when students are signing up for office hours through Education connector

we have a LTI education connector for schoology and students are able to sign up for office hours. It woiuld be extremly useful if there was a way for studetns to fill in a text box to send us a message when they sign up for office hours to let us know why they are signing up for office hours, such as what they need help with.
