.wav Audio File Format parameter check / prompt

If you upload a .wav file via Webex Contact Center Admin that is not mono, 8000 Hz, u-Law, and 64 kbps it will simply not play when utilized in a flow. It would be nice to either have this invalid format throw up an error before publishing, or even show an error before uploading the file itself. Alternatively, a simple prompt of the file format requirements would be helpful in the upload page.
