make scroll bar in Control Hub more functional

When adding a device at a location and typing in the user (ex. WE 6236), the scroll bar only goes from ext 10 to ext 15, it does not scroll down to the other extensions. They have to manually add the rest of the information if they want anything past that, which slows everything down. The scroll bar is there but does not move.
