Add xapi to edit speaker name in HDMI Passthrough help text on screen

In HDMI Passthrough, users have the ability to edit "USB converter" name (with xapi commands below) to be displayed in the help text on screen (which tells the user how to choose the correct microphone/camera settings in their meetings-app).

However speaker settings usually defaults to "CS-...".

This is a feature request to also have the ability to edit "speaker" name from the help text on screen, as users may need to select different names if using certain integrations with third party devices between PC and video endpoint.
