Get high level call reports from CH

As part of TAC. We have received requests from customer to can select the information that reports conmtain to get a bussines report to can share with the end customers.


we would like to see if we can enable this in CH

    Please detail the use case, what you mean by business reports, which specific reports and what needs to be included in that.
