Show missed calls from on-prem CUCM in Webex app after PC/laptop had been offline

At this time Webex app users do not see missed calls from CUCM in their calling list. Webex app is conncected to Webex cloud for meetings and CUCM on prem for calling.

When Webex app is single calling client and Webex app is offline due to shut down hardware client (off business hours), there is no indication of missed calls next day. Those are only shown on personalized hardware phone. So, the data is obviously collected but not available in the Webex app.

Customer wants to migrate all users to Webex app but lack of this feature puts migration to hold. Unfortunately we are in competitive situation with MS Teams and want to establish Cisco Webex as single collab client quickly.
