[API]Identifier must not change

Hello,


We met some problems with identifier on Webex API.

Some Webex Api endpoints authorize the change of identifier.

As a consequence, there is no way to match the corresponding element from the third party application.


We considered this point as a bug, but support answered that there is no stable ID on the database so there is no way to provide stable identifier. :(


We notice that we have this problems currently with Call pickup, Call park, and location schedule.


If we change the name of those objects on CH, the identifier will be changed. As a consequence, this is not possible for third party tool to match the corresponding object and and update this object on our third party application database.

NOTE: The Call Pickup ID will change upon modification of the Call Pickup name.


To conclude, please add a stable identifier for those objects.
