Need more Virtual Extensions in Webex Calling

Virtual Extension

Create extensions for external numbers. You can create up to 1,000 virtual extensions for your organisation, with 1,000 extensions at each location.


We would like to program all our employees mobile phones into Webex Calling so that when they make an incoming call the callers name appears on the phone. We have 2,500 employees but the system is limited to 1,000 virtual extensions for your organisation. This is not enough.


Please update Webex Calling so that we can have many more virtual extensions.
