Call Queue Caller ID First name and Last name

On the Call Queue > General Settings screen in Webex Calling are the First Name and Last name under the Caller ID section. Both are compulsory.

We have about 100 queues which are only 1 word in length, so they don't fit in two boxes.

Also having two fields for the Call Queue takes up too much real estate on the phone screen when the incoming call is ringing on the handset. This truncates off the name of the Extension and doesn't tell the user who exactly is calling them.

Please change the First name and Last name fields on the Caller ID section of Call Queues so that they are both not compulsory
