User Community Feedback

We have some attendees that don't have Webex installed on their device and join using the browser but can't set a blurred or virtual background. Had this happen today for a staff member that had the battery die on their company computer so had to switch quickly to a personal computer that did not have the Webex app. They were joining from a hospital room so wanted the video to show their face but blur the background for privacy.

We also have students join class using their Chromebooks but don't have the app available because the District provided device doesn't have the memory available to support the instructional required apps and the Webex app. Another case of privacy is needed since they often in a common area of the home.
