Be able to set a certain Area Code call in number as a default in Event Center in control hub

Since the Toll/Toll Free numbers could be selected only for the Webex Meetings and Webex Training platforms i think it would be very useful to have it on Event Center as well. Certain department phones are purposely limited to calling outside area codes. This prevents some individuals from calling.
