Initialize Factory Reset thru Control Hub

When I need to reassign a phone (via MAC or Auth Code) to a new user or Workspace, I do not always have the ability to walk over to the device and perform a Factory Reset to allow the new settings to take place. In our Webex instance, I support over 1200 devices across 5-campuses. We do not use the Hoteling feature as personnel stay in the same location.
