Query entire space history for Pins when joining or after cache clear

When joining a new space, or after resetting the Webex database as part of troubleshooting, only a few weeks of space history are cached in each space. This means that when new space members look for pinned messages, they do not see any of the older pins in the Pins menu - and frequently those are the messages that would be most beneficial to new members. Please have the Webex app query for pinned messages each time a space is opened so that those messages are downloaded into the local cache so they are findable in the pins menu and in search.

    While your metrics may say this use case happens very rarely, it is THE FIRST THING Cisco support tells our users to do any time they report an issue. So for us, it happens VERY FREQUENTLY and we lose all of our pins. Please reconsider this issue, as it affects both pinned messages and search in general.

    Thanks for raising the idea. We understand this is the current limitaiton and can be at times frustraiting to new users. However, our metrics show this use case happens very rarely and while it is in our backlog, we don't have plans to address it in near future.
