Network testing tool, that a Users can initiate on the WebEx Meeting

It happens very often that people on WebEx have a bad network connection and coming across really bad with Audio and Video. Until this is fixed time goes away. A small tool testing their network connection would give them the chance to adjust it maybe using a different connection before the meeting starts, or during the meeting.
