Disable CallControl from Webex App when connected to a Room Kit

Webex Room Kits have an option for CallControl. Currently the option is only available to Proximity. Can we have the same option for Webex App? It is very confusing to people who are sharing wireless to have CallControl of the room. They have the option to Mute, Turn off Video, worse End the meeting.
