Increase the number of allowed members in a Team and Announcement Space

One of the reasons why we adopted Webex was to communicate to large groups of people all at once. However, the limits to the size of a Team or the number of people in Announcement Space greatly limits this at 5000. Please increase this value so it can actually be used for Org wide communication. Microsoft Teams allows for Org Wide Teams as well as 25,000 People to be a member of a team so this type of communication can take place. This is a limiting factor for Webex. This does not have to be in all spaces or teams. Maybe only for announcement spaces or a number of Org Wide teams (Microsoft allows 5). Thank you.

    The term "eat our own dog food" applies here. We must scale the ability for this space to reach our org wide teams. We are measured on our Attract and Retain membership. Please don't let us fail by limiting to 5,000.

    Women of Cisco just crashed at 5,400-ish members. The Women of Cisco Americas group already has almost 3,500. To make EROs happen, as they are a corporate priority with measurable impact on talent acquisition and retention, it is necessary that we have this tech scale to this need.
