Ability to disable Self-Update UI for VDI

Ability to disable Self-Update UI for VDI users that allows users to update Meeting Client during Pre-Meeting and In-Meeting that was recently released

As part of 42.5 or later, Webex implemented a feature that allows users to Self-Update their MC during Pre-Meeting and In-Meeting UI but is not a feature that should be available for all environments. For instance, in a restricted and non-persistent VDI environment, updating to the latest available may break the audio/video optimization within the existing VDI Plugin setup. Admins currently can configure the VDI session to disable autoupdate for MC but with the new feature introduced, it's allowing users to Self-Update without knowing what they can be updating to won't be supported, ideally, this should be hidden for VDI configurations.
