Add feature (drop down) to change recording

Add feature (drop down) to change recording layout on-the-fly While in a meeting.

Have a drop down item or button to change the recording layout during a meeting instead of in the control panel settings. Reason is.. some presentations.. if the video blocks part of the screen shared or.. if the presenter doesn't wish to have webcam showing.

Having this ability can greatly enhance the quality of the recordings.
