While using the Cisco Directory Synchronization with On-Premises AD. The customer can select different attributes to be mapped. However, the contact card while using the Webex App can show just the next fields to appear:

• departmentNumber

• displayName

• given

• employeeType

• manager

• title

The customer would like to select different fields to appear on the contact card and not be tied with the predefined fields.
