Receptionist Client add option to select phone

Current behavior is to activate call on users physical device if user has physical and soft.

Request is to enable phone device selection at log in or once logged in to allow the end user the ability to select Physical or Software phone from list of phone devices associated to them.

    We are unlikely to change the receptionist client end user experience, but we are looking to provide the default device configurable through API and Control Hub that allows you to set the end point (app vs. phone) for Receptionist Client. Planned for CY2023. Please visit the Collaboration roadmap on SalesConnect for more information. You can find additional information on Webex Calling Coming Soon as the release date approaches.
