Options to adjust contrast and colors of displays on MPP phones

A migration from an on-prem system to WxC. With that migration we are having to upgrade to mpp firmware. Before the upgrade, this was not a problem. This "upgrade" renders these grayscale phones unusable from a flat viewing angle do to the colors and contrast
