User Community Feedback

We would like the ability to customize the landing page “Overview” within Control Hub. There are devices (headsets specifically) that cause false negatives and impact the over all health view of our devices.

Customizations that might prove useful;
Ability to ignore the “Current State” of some devices.
and/or
Another category that devices can report to (Online, Online with issues, Offline, Expired, ??????).
and/or
Custom Data Fields on the Overview page.
(Webex experience, Webex services, Hybrid services, Updates, Devices, What’s new, New offers, Onboarding, Quick links, ?????????, ?????????, ?????????????)
Data fields could include custom reports, site specific device status. The ability to not see services we are not using; Calendar Google, Calendar Exchange, ext.
