Blocklist of URLS not to preview

Can we get a blocklist of URLs to not preview? Our team constantly pastes different links inside a site that requires a login. So every single preview shows "Please Log in to <site>" as the preview.

Ideally, individual users can update the blocklist for themselves, but as a second choice it could be managed via CH.
