Extended Away Greeting Shouldn't Pickup When Busy

Whenever the Extended Away Greeting is enabled on Voicemail on WebEx Calling but the line is busy, the busy greeting is picking up instead of the Extended Away greeting.

We would like Cisco to disable the busy greeting whenever the Extended Away greeting is enabled since for our customers, they are not expecting any new voicemail messages to be left.
