Filter for device status reporting on Webex Control Hub dashboard


The Devices box in Webex Control Hub shows device status, specifically if devices are online (or offline).

However, the report include headsets. This means that when a headset goes offline, it shows up, in red, on Webex Control Hub. I believe that a headset being offline is not at the same level of concern as a room system being offline.

Is there a way to prevent Webex Control Hub from reporting on headset status? Or, at least, there should be a filter that Webex admins can set up if they don't want to see headsets' status.

This will help avoid false positives and "noise".
