Control Hub: Duplicate sessions that cause very high Hours used when determining room utilization

Hello,

We have observed very high hours used, generated on certain endpoints though no one has been using the room.

We opened a case with Webex team, and they informed me that this is due to "happen if the request gets successfully sent, but no 200 response is received by RoomOS within a timeout.
So, we received multiple metrics from service and causing the issue with high numbers seen."

I am writing to make you aware that there needs to be a way to filter out such duplicates from Control hub so customers can get accurate metrics for endpoint utilization. Here is the case number for your information (SR 695379184) and I have attached the email correspondence for the case.

    It's important to not count duplicate metrics from device, to ensure that Control Hub analytics and reports for video devices are accurate.
