Q&A can be added to the front panel so that attendees don't need to go looking for it

To open the Q&A panel, click Panel options (Windows) or More options (Mac) and select Q&A

The requirement is to either replace chat with Q&A or add Q&A in front panel, so the attendees do not need to click on to open it, Everyone is not familiar with webex, when someone do not see it in front panel, people do not bother to find it and later feel that they could not ask questions or participate in poll.
