When a user who has new voice messages picks up the handset they hear a stutter (Interrupted dial tone) tone. With all of the other ways a user is notified they have a new voice message this method is redundant and users find it annoying. Other voice systems have the ability to disable this feature.
A customer who is currently migrating about 4,000 seats to Webex Calling has complained about this. They want to be able to disble the stutter dial tone globally for their account.
