the default Outdial ANI on SF desktop to override default outdial AnI (tenant level setting) when agent calls from inside WxCC connector from SF client

customer has different teams and each team operates from different theaters. They make outdials from inside cisco agent desktop connector (embedded in SF desktop). When they miss chosing the outdial ANI before dialout, they get default tenant # whcih is asingle tenant level setting and unsuitable for multi-theater tenants. IN the SF desktop layout there is a default outdial ANI used in click to outdial scenarios. If this default outdial ANI can be made to override the tenant_level default ANI, we can have default outdial ANI for each team (SF desktoplayhout whcih has this default AnI is applied at a team level).
