Add back the ability to Require Registration for Webinar Recordings, like was in Events.

You used to be able to Require Registration for Recordings in Events. This was the one reason our leadership approved us to get a new WebEx account to use for our internal training instead of Teams.

    Please add this feature ASAP - it is very important to our clients to track recording views.
