Add "Enable Live Streaming / NDI" field when creating a or updating a user through API.

User cloud@connexia.com has requested that the "Enable Live Streaming / NDI" field/checkbox should also be added to the /people API to allow this enablement/disablement from API directly. Seems that it's only possible to do this manually through Control Hub and not the API. Attached a screenshot of the checkbox on Control Hub.
