Default 24/7 Business Hour Schedules for Webex Calling Auto Attendant

Create a default 24/7 Schedule for Auto Attendants. Or if no schedule is selected or created then it is a 24/7 schedule.

Something would be better than trying to use the current system of changing the hours.

There is no way to determine if 12:00 am is the start of the day or 12:01 am. Because I selected 12:00 am, my initial schedule would not work.

Why is 12:00 am even permitted if it's not the start of the day?

I think the point here though was you have to build a new schedule for each day, then make it reoccurring. Just having an option for a single greeting that is always used would simplify administration.

What in the user interface tells me that the 24/7? I'd prefer it to be an option to select or show me something that tells me exactly the hours set. It's far too vague to display nothing at all.

When Auto Attendant (AA) schedule is created, the AA will kick in if the time of the call is greater or equals to the schedule start time, and less than schedule end time.

    12:00am means 00:00 (24h-format) and 12:00pm means 12:00 (24h-format).

If admin has configured 12:00 am as the start of the day, it should have worked. Suggest creating a TAC case for getting help on this issue and further investigation.
