Currently, groups that are "created in WebEx" and not sync'd from Azure/Entra or Active Directory, can only had users added to them one by one. There is no option to export a CSV and add users to a group in bulk.
Customers are used to utilizing the CSV bulk import/export function for user management and want the same ability for group management.
