Users with worst Calling experience -Alert

Users with worst Calling experience -Alert if someone reaches a high % Poor call legs

Hi,

Currently there is no real time alerts if someone reaches a high level of % Poor Call Legs.

Instead of refreshing the page manually, it would be great if an email alert could be sent if the % is high of a particular user.
