Jabra Pro 9470 headset support (Mac)

Jabra headset are not properly recognized and used by Teams.

Examples:

  • can't pick up nor hang up from the headset.

  • The mute statusof my headset is not properly reflected in Teams.

This works perfectly in Jabber
