Forward a Webex Calling voice mail message to a 1:1 or a group space or to a person's voicemail tab as a shared voicemail

I have had several end users request this feature.

We moved from a CM/Unity environment that had unified messaging. People were able to easily forward a voicemail from an email to another person or group that could assist with the needs of the email.


But now they have open a browser and go to settings.webex.com, log in, click on Webex Calling, locate the message, download it, look for it in their download folder, and drag/drop it into an email message.

The expectation is that they could right-click on the voicemail and send it to a 1:1 or group space or even to a person's voicemail tab as a shared voicemail.

    It would depend on what dependencies it may have.

    It needs to be able to be forwarded to only people in our org and have a Webex account. However; the person on the receiving end may not have a voicemail box. This is mostly because we are in between CallManager and Webex Calling. But I can see a use case where it could be needed even if we are all Webex Calling.

    Hi, will this requirement be met when Forward/Reply functions are provided within Webex App?
