Bot "TYPING" notification

One of the challenges of building a bot on Webex is to provide feedback to the user when the bot is processing a request that takes longer time. Unlike user-to-user communication, where Webex shows a typing notification when someone is typing or pausing while thinking, there is no such feature for bots. This can make the bot interaction less human-like and more frustrating for the user. A possible solution is to enable a programmatic interface for developers to send typing notifications from their bots. This would allow the bot to indicate that it is working on the request and keep the user engaged.

This functionality should be available on core rest api, as well as on NodeJS and other SDKs.
