Allow focus modes for managing notifications

Option 1: Inherit OS level focus settings

Option 2: Webex inbuilt focus modes

Focus behavior: mute notifications from certain spaces (recreational/team spaces etc which can be distracting), deliver missed notifications when focus is turned off, allow certain people/spaces to display notifications in focus mode.

Display focus status on Webex status for colleagues to notice when someone is in a particular mode to minimize distractions.
